"The Morning After"

This has NOTHING to do with fashion, but it is extremely helpful if you're still feeling full from yesterday's turkey. Do some stretches! They don't have to be yoga poses (most certainly not the ones shown below.. unless you can haha)but those are most effective. They'll stretch your body and most importantly your TUMMY! it'll make space for all that pie and ham sitting on your stomach and you won't feel so full. try it :)
