DIY Skirt: Shirt to Skirt (No Sewing)

Here's a quick and easy way to take a boyfriend's/ dad's collar shirt and make a cute skirt! Dress it up or dress it down. And no one will know it's not a real skirt but you! (unless u do it wrong)
