High-Waist skirt TAKEOVER!

Although we have all done the high-waist skirt trend, this adds a new twist. It gives a 1950's edgy chic look. You can do a poofy skirt or a fitted pencil and pair it with a top that matches perfectly (which is currently becoming popular!) or mix and match which is always a fresh sight to see and definitely trend setting. What do you guys think?
